Ray’s Patisserie VIC participated in Australia’s Best Pie Competition held at the Royal Exhibition Building, Carlton on June 2-4, 2013 by Food Service Australia. We are proud to announce that our pies have been highly regarded by the Baking Associations of Australia and as a result, we have won a number of awards for our pies. The pies have been judged in a few criteria. This includes colour of the pastry, the thickness of the base, the quality of the meat and most importantly, the taste of the pie.We have been voted the Best Gourmet Beef Pie 2013 for our Ned Kelly Breakfast Pie and Beef Cheese and Bacon pie. In addition, we also won gold for our Vegetable pie. We hope to continue this success in the years to come.The articles below have been published in the local area.
